The LGV Licence

Obtaining a provisional LGV licence is a minefield of paperwork, forms, photos, more forms, proofs of identity and, did we mention forms?

We know how daunting the paperwork can be, however we've been organising people's provisional licence applications for a quarter of a century, so we're used to dealing with the red tape.

Also, which licence should you go for?

This page will tell you what all the classifications of LGV licence there are and what you need to apply for your provisional licence.

Sample Driving Licence

Firstly you must decide which licence you want the tuition for. There are four LGV licences, plus one for a car with a trailer. Look at the following two tables that tell you what each licence is and the minimum requirements for both yourself and the vehicles for each licence.
